Yea, the guy looked at me like I had 3 heads. I'm going to start dosing vodka - I've read so much good about the benefits on LPS. Was curious if anyone locally was doing it, and what their experience was.

Now I just gotta find a way to measure a tenth of a mL.

Not sure how it affects LPS directly... but it definatley reduces phosphates/nitrates... thus reducing algae and making for happier corals.

I ramped up slowly and now maintain a 3mL daily dose, measured with a salifert syringe.

I run GAC, but no GFO.

Go slow and be consistent

it worked well for me, over time though my sps started to turn a lighter pastel color.

Ha with the glue we told the lady when she asked what we were doing with all the glue that we were gluing animals to rocks...she wasnt very pleased at first...lol
