Ok guys im not sure if any1 has has mentioned this before but itested my new idea on 37 aptasias and it has worked. For all you guys who have aptaisia on prize corals and zoos or on little rocks.... just super glue them and they never come back i have done it to 11 of my frags and its been 2 weeks and my zoos are perfect and just about to grow over the hardened glue!!!!!!!!!
Well i hope this helps some people

ever tried freshwater dip? Just wondering if it works as i just found one aiptasia on a rock i have that has zoanthids. I could also try super glue, but rather use FW dip if it will work too

fw dip will not kill them unless you did it for hours

encasing them in a tomb of super glue gel is a good option, but if there is a back door out they will find it

...or a tiny mouse hole up front, i've been experimenting with SG too

They must be entombed (not the Swedish death metal band).

Do you mean that you completely cover them with glue? Seems to me that would take a lot of glue...

However, I'll keep it in mind for the hard to reach guys that retreat into holes when I try to coat them with Kalk.

i used to use concentrated caoh but a later found out wat ends up happening is that they usually come back and are ticed off and realease babies so idk anymore about caoh and aptasias
