I just got my module in the mail today and I have noticed something that has me wondering. I have my vortechs on a uninterruptible power supply and on a whim I unplugged my vortech module for the pab after setup. Wanted to see how long that it would take the vortechs to go into fallback mode. What I noticed and what I would like help from the group with is that when the vortech module was re connected it did not leave fallback mode.
I was wondering if some of you would be willing to unplug your module untill you go into fallback mode and plug them back into see if your vortechs come out of fallback.
Mine didn't and I put them back right using PLC and clicking edit on one of the setting for each vortech not doing anything and saving non change settings.
My thing is that if my profilux were to suffer a power failure than the vortechs could go into falback mode increasing the amout of time that they will run on my UPS. This doesnt work for me if the vortechs don't change back after said power failure.
