A worm that looks like a small caterpillar?

I have a light yellow/ cream coloured worm in my tank that is about 3/4 inches long that looks like a small caterpillar. It has 2 small black eyes. Sorry no picture, any idea?

Thanks Kuoka don't think I want breakfast now! lol. No I can't see it there, I think I need to get a magnifying glass for a better close up. If it gets much bigger I think I'll take it to the LFS
