Just thought I would share my most recent dealing with Premium Aquatics. I have placed a few orders with them and they have always shipped lightning fast (the next business day). On a more recent order, an item (float valve) was on backorder. I called a week or so later to check on the status. The item was still on backorder so I offered to buy a more expensive model and pay the difference. They instead offered to ship it to me at the same price for my inconvenience. Not a huge dollar item but in the age of faceless Internet transactions, it was refreshing.

I would definitely recommend them.
