I have been consiidering a dwarf zebra lion at my lfs. Being i have never owned one but know those who have volitans, i was wondering if this one was healthy. Everytime i go to the lfs he is posted up on a piece of live rock in the tank, almost as if he is lazy. I have seen very minimal movement. He is very tiny about 2 inches at the most. Is this very common of this fish, do they only swim at night?

They don't move a lot, except to eat. You need to make a rock overhang, as they like to hang upside-down under them.

My dwarf fuzzy mostly sits on rock or woodwork, kind of vertical with his face pointing down. He kind of flutters around the tank, but slowly (unless he is hungry and I approach the tank)--I find him sitting in different places, so obviously he moves around, but I would not conisider him an active fish.
