About Crosshatch Trigger.

Hi all~

I am very interested in Crosshatch Trigger and waiting it was imported in my country.

They are imported twice in my country but the size is so huge.
(more than 25cm)

Is it easy to get them that its size is under 5 inches in US?
And Could you tell me the price of Male, Female and Pair?

A 100g isn't going to be an appropriate sized tank for a crosshatch let alone a pair.
However, I believe they retail at $300 - $400 in the US. Not sure how much a pair would be. The males go for more than the females.

hard to get males under 5 inches, females are possible at that size. i believe pairs would go for 500-700 depending on where you get them.

I have never seen a male for sale under 5 inches either. I have seen pairs from 600-800 from time to time. I agree the 100g tank would not be big enough for them though.

I got my 2nd male at 5 inches. He wasn't all that colorful when I got him, but he did color up as he grew. The collector in HI told our LFS that this was the smallest male that he had ever saw.

The females are plenty attractive and have good temperments and can be found at 4 inches or so. However, I don't think that a 100G is even large enough for a female.

i have only seen large males. i have an 11" male and am awaiting a couple small females to put with him! They are pretty timid fish at first but become bolder over time. Try to get the smallest specimen possible!

you wont find a male under 5 inches thats when they start turning into males from females....
