About the Seahorse

Can a Seahorse live in a 150 Gallon reef tank with community fish like clowns, tangs, goby's etc and for circulation there are 2 Tunze 6060 ?

I doubt it very much. They need a species only tank.

Granted that the seahorse won't fair well in the tank mentioned, but that isn't necessarily true dubbin1. Fish selection is extremely important, as is flow. A seahorse just can't swim through the major flow of most reef tanks. Just think....Seahorse vs Tunze.... :eek1:

And like I said I doubt very much that one would survive in his tank. With the fish that is in there and the flow, it will never get a chance to feed.

I have a pipefish in my reef, it is doing well, has no problems with tangs and angels

But do you have current in your tank?
It seems that current is not its favorite friend ?
