AC3 question

I have a used AC3, and i was wondering if there was a Master re-set procedure or some way to clear the whole controller so i can start over?

also, if there is, does it become blank, or is there a default setting to where there are certain items left? just curious.

also, during a poweroutage, will the controller hold its current programing, or do you have to save it or archive the programming?

(does the internal battery ever go bad or need replacing?)

Yes you can set to factory in the setup menu, best to read the manual.

The internal battery should last several years, if you are losing your programming during a power outage that is a good sign you need a new battery.

I would always keep a copy of your config as a just in case, it has save me tons of time. Also you can have seasonal programming (winter / summer) too this way if you desire.
