Medium light and flow as a general rule. Watch it though and see if it looks happy there.

Well where i had it when it was nice and fluffy the currents in the tank were shaking the entire colony and some polyps were getting pushed in so i will go ahead and move it.Thanks for the advice.

Under 4 60"140w vho anyone have suggestion where the best placement would be my tank is 60x20x20 high middle low?

Everything i see says moderate light but what exactly does that mean :/

I say low light. If you have some with bland color, put it high, right under the light for awhile, then slowly back it down and it should color up when you get it to low light.
