I have a rainbow can that has been doing good. It is a frag with 4 heads but yesterday I had my PH drop to 7.6 for about 2 hours and it has shrunken up. My PH is back at about 8 now. Is there anything I can do to bring it back to big and puffy or how long will it take to rebound?

He should be fine, just keep an eye in him.

How long does it usually take to bounce back? Is there anything I can do to help it?

Depends on how long it wants to stay upset. I would just watch him and make sure your water is stable.
