Acans, how much flow? Light?

I have some acans and some like a little flow some are doing good in more flow. In general how much light do I need and flow?
I had one piece not looking so good, then I moved it out of the flow and it looks beautiful, can alot flow be bad for some acans? I can't have that much flow anyways I only have 2 hydor koralia 2 in a 46 bowfront.

low flow. Too much flow and they will start to recede. some like high light, some low. most rainbow colors like low light in my experience.
