acans?

tell me about acans? what kind of lighting do they need? are they easy to keep or hard? any help would be great!

I have found acans to be fairly easy and lower light requirements than SPS. I have one in my tank with power compacts 2x65w and it's doing great. You can also target feed to get them to grow quicker which is fun to watch.

Lower to moderate light IME. I keep my Indonesian Acan's on my sandbed, and they're doing groovy. If you want to keep the Acan's under higher intensity light, just be sure to take the time to acclimate them to it. Feeding is optional, (I never feed mine - they just catch any stray food drifting around after I feed my fish) though some say feeding has really helped the reproduction rates in their Acan's.
