does every1 acclimate a new sps? any1 dip be4 putting in tank?

I treat with fluke meds and interceptor for about 6 - 7 hours before introducing to the main tank.

I used to dip everything that came in in a mix of Flatworm Exit, Interceptor, and TM Pro CC. I discontinued the Interceptor, as it sucked having to kill the cool acro crabs before the corals even went into the tanks. Now I just use Flatworm exit and TM Pro CC in the dip, and quarantine the corals for a week.

you don't have to kill the acro crabs with your dips. Just take a small cup filled with tank water. Using a straightened out paper clip gently move the acro crab into the cup for the durations of the dip. That way you can use either interceptor or TMPCC. Right now I just use the tropic marin dip. That way I get the AEFW as well as RB.
