Acclimating tank to new light bulbs

I just remembered that my new ATI t5 light bulbs are coming today. I am currently using two 12,000k odyssea bulbs and two actinic odyssea bulbs. I am switching to: 2 ATI blue+, 1 ATI aqua blue and an ATI purple+, so its a change in both par and spectrum. Do I need to acclimate my coral and clam to the new light bulbs, or do I just run them as normal.

I would. Either cut the cycle back and then slowly ramp it back up or use some layers of screen and remove a layer at a time. The other option is to replace one bulb at a time. Maybe one per week?

I would personally take that last suggestion and change out one bulb every couple of days rather than going through the pains of screening or adjusting your timers. Add a new bulb every 3 days until your done. If your coraline isn't bleaching your corals are likely not burning.

Unless I'm misunderstanding something, you're going to be making the tank bluer with this new bulb combination. You were basically running a 50/50 combo before, now it's going to be more like 75/25 in favor of the blue, so I personally wouldn't worry too much about it.
