Acclimating Zoas?

Hey guys I am new to keeping Zoas and coral in general and I have a question about acclimation. I am picking up several frags in a few weeks at a swap and want to know how to acclimate them?

I have some Coral RX that I plan on dipping them in before putting them in my tank. Do I just take some of my tank water, add the RX and then dip them? Should I drip acclimate them to my tank water first and then dip? I know zoas are pretty hardy so I was leaning to just dipping them right out of the bags.

Also I am getting the zoas from several different individuals so the water chemistry for each frag will be slightly different. Does this make a difference?

Finally the RX. Can I just mix up a gallon and dip them all at once? The directions say to use small batches to risk toxic effects of anything that may come off the frags. Is this really necessary? Thanks.

Acclimate them in different bowls, buckets, cups, ect.. then dip seperately
