ACIII Firmware update (3.00S - 3A06)

Anyone useing the ACIII Firmware update (3.00S - 3A06)? Any issues?

I updated to it and haven't had an issue. In fact, I did it before setting up the auto e-mail function, so I know that is hasn't caused a problem.

What is the current Firmware for the AC3 Pro? Is it the same as the AC3? Is 3.00S the same as 3A06, or are the two different versions?

What problems where there with auto email?

The latest firmware for the 3Pro is 3.00 2A05. Email authentication, and the from, to email fields were expanded to 47 characters.

My AC3 Pro has firmware version 300-21-06. Would this have anything to do with numerous incorrect alarm emails?

My AC3 has firmware version 3.00S-2A06. Would that have any thing to do with the controller not switching to an on state on two timers, MH4 and MH5? I can turn them on and off in manual mode, but the controller will not switch them to show an on mode and they do not come on.

Should I upgrade both of my controllers firmware?

OK...I have searched your web site and cannot find the firmware updates. Can you point me in the right direction??

Please send an email to support@neptunesys.com with the serial number of your 3Pro, and I'll send you the firmware update.

Just got the Pro3 and it looks like it has the same firmware version as Cathy above: 3.00 2/1/06. You told her to upgrade so I guess that means I need to. How do I do this?
