Is the movement bad for them or is it nothing to be concerned with?

I agree with this idea. I can tell which side of a frag gets more light than the other.

This might make a good invention.. the mechanized frag rack. It could be called the Mini wirly dirly frag rack twirly. Just another gizmo to spend $200 bux on.
