Acro help - Skeleton turning green

Ok, I have been having some problems with my SPS bleaching (Poor water quality, working on it). But I also noticed something else. At the base of each acro, the tissue has receeding leaving the skeleton, which has turned green.

I have been told, this may be due to high phosphate and some kind of Algae, but I can not seem to fins any threads using "search" here on RC?

Does anyone have experience in this and can point me to a good thread on it?

Thanks

yeah your experiencing rtn'ing and the skeleton is growing algae after ,very common.
post your tank size equipment and stock inverts and fish.
also test you water and state what test your using.
this will all get u a good answer to solve your problem asap. lots of great minds here on RC.

I wouldn't be worried about the dead skeleton turning green. I would focus more on the corals dying. The green skeleton is just algae growing over.
