Acro sps bleaching

One of my arco sps frags is bleaching. It was healthy yesterday. All of a sudden the bottom half is pale white. Everything else is healthy.

Sorry but there's really very little that we can do with this information..
Assuming it is not a statement but a question about what may have caused this, we need as much information about your system as possible: its age, all the equipment, all parameters, a picture of the tank and or the coral would help as well.
There are just too many factors that could cause rtn on a single frag.. not to mention the possibility that it was not doing well even before it made it to your tank..

I upgraded to redsea refeer 350 back in may. I moved the live rock from my old 30g tank to the new one. The tank cycled within a week. I have a few LPS, Monties, Chalices. All are healthy. This is the 2nd SPS frag i bought few weeks ago. The other SPS is fine. This one was fine until Saturday morning. I moved the rock where the SPS was planted since the Anemone was close to it. I am suspecting that the move may have killed it.

Tanks do not mature android fully go through the cycles in a week. It will take time for the tank to mature and be stable. If it was me I would cut away the dead parts of the coral and re-glue. If not a lot of times you loose the entire coral colony.

I second that. Tank is not properly cycled if you're saying the cycle only lasted a week. Agreed with the above post from reefinder about cutting away dead parts and re-glue

This does sound like it is RTN and not bleaching (the zooxanthalle get expelled leaving the coral skeleton more visible). I would also agree that the tank is not stable enough.
