is total RTN.. frag the tips , dip them in iodide solution and hope ..

Id Frag that and move your water changes from monthly to weekly until you see recovery.
It looks like you have algae. Is your tank in a good shape for Acropora?

If I put too much new activated carbon can it harm sps?
I agree with the GFO, how often should you change your GFO because I feel everytime you change it there is going to be a change in p04
