hi !!!
two of my colonies are close,i started them at a fair distance but things have been growing way more then i ever taught:spin1:

i have a bright green with blue tip milli and a straberry colored one that are close to each other now, close to the point i`m sure the polyps must be touching when expanded to the max at night time..
i`m not seeing any signs of stress/damage/sliming ect ect i even have a acropora crab that goes from one to the other !!!!!

should i wait until i see a war going on or take precaution and frag/move if possible one of them...can they grow into each other and be happy?

thanks for all insight and comments

corals of any kind are always more forgiving to each othe,r if allowed to grow into each other vs being placed next to.

I wouldnt do anything until you have to, and if you like how they sit just whack some tips off as needed

I want to keep an eye on this thread. Can you please report back, with some pics, when they really start growing into each other.
I have about 4 different kind of millis that are with in a 1in or 2in of each other. I'm curious as to what's going to happen, if I let them go.

cool !!! thanks for the info...
lets wait and see how it turns out..

i will for sure keep you posted and have pictures of now and as they grow..
should have the first pics by tomorow..

that`s cool !!!! i was looking at mine while taking the pictures and wondering how sweet it would look if they merged and shared colors !!

here`s a few pictures of them 1/8" apart
wish my camera could get the colors right !!! but it`s not to bad, gives a good idea
