Acrylic bowfront tank issue.

I have a 36 gallon bowfront acrylic tank, I just noticed that the back of the tank is bowed, is this normal for acrylic tank? What can I do to fix it?
Thanks

The bowing or deflection is common for acrylic tanks. I have a 26g that is made out of 1/4 in. and it bows quite a bit. When I had my big tank made I had them use 1 1/4 in. to cut down on the bowing.

Yea it is common... Throw a brace on if your worried..I did on my fug because I saw a lilttle bowing.. A little acrylic glue and a trip to home depot

The tank has a brace on the top, is that enough? is there anything else I need to do to correct the issue.
Another thing is I had the heater in the center and it seems like the bow is in that area so I moved the heater away from any side of the tank, and I am going to put it in a hang on back fuge that I just bought but haven't use it yet because I am worried about the extra weight from the fuge.
Attached a picture of the brace.
