Acrylic drilling

How close can my holes be when drilling my acrylic aquarium? I'm trying to fit a beananimal in my smaller overflow box only from the bottom.. It already has 2 holes drilled and I just need 2 more to finish off my plumbing but I don't want to ruin the tank. Thank you in advance!

depends on the size of the holes and the thickness of the acrylic, among other things. do you mean close to each other, close to an edge, or both?
