acrylic

Looking to cut acrylic to make a refugium any ideas on how to cut the acrylic, special tool or anything. Anyone have any ideas on how i should make the refugium with ports and such pictures or diagrams would be great.

Well for cutting the acrylic, I do rough cuts with a table saw(100 tooth blade), then fish it to size with a router bit.
I would suggest tripping around the DIY forum, there is a ton of great info in there.
