Adding a bubble tip anemone

Hello all,
Thinking of adding a bubble tip to my 65 gallon tank. I don't think I'm going to be able to quarantine it before adding it as i don't have proper lighting in my quarantine tank. Does anyone know if there are any diseases that fish can get from a bubble tip? Does anyone dip bubble tips before adding them? When adding corals I dip them in Bayer, Revive and flatworm exit. Can or should I do something similar for a bubble tip?? Any thoughts/suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks,
Jay

I've kept a few bubble tips and never QT or dipped them in anything. Only acculamated them and never had a problem.

Anything wet can carry disease. Be it ich, brook, velvet, etc. While those diseases don't harm anemones it doesn't mean they aren't covered in water that's infected. Or filled with water that's infected.

You take a risk whenever you introduce anything new to a tank.

At minimum I would acclimate it in a bucket, dump the water, fill it again, dump the water and add by hand to try to dilute any pollutants.

Hi Nemmy,
I get that but if I dip in water and do not introduce any tank water from my LFS I decrease my chance of spreading any diseases correct?
