adding a new pair

Will there be problems if I add a bonded pair of black occellaris to a 90g with an unbonded pair of false occellaris?

Probably, you can risk breaking your pairs up, fighting, etc

I personally wouldn't do it. It might work in the short term, but the odds are good that when one of the pairs (( if not sooner )) starts to mate, the other pair won't be welcome any more.
