Adding fish to new tank

My tank has been set up for a month now and it's finally done with it's cycle. No ammonia or nitrite is present. But I do have about 20ppm of nitrate, my macro Algea is slowing brining it down. I intend to do a 10% water change tonight as well.
I've had fish in my QT tank for a month as well, would it be ok to add them to my main tank with the nitrate being around 20?

The 20ppm nitrate shouldnt harm the fish so youll be fine acclimateing and adding it

Some coral might even do fairly well with 20ppm as well.
