Can you add a second percula later down the road?

Yes, with the possibility that they may fight to establish hierarchy, sometimes to the death. I'd have a plan to remove it/trade or sell it back if they don't calm down in a couple of days. Sometimes they just get along fine from the start.

I recently added a second Clarkii. The older (much larger) harassed the new one for a couple days. Now, they host in the LTA together.
