Advice on 180g stocking and order

I lost all the SPS and fish in my reef tank due to hurricane Sandy here on the East Coast. I have the tank cycled and started to add fish. Currently I just have one Convict Tang, a BiColor Angel and a pair of young False Perc. Clowns. I also have a clean up crew of snail, and hermits. This time around, I'm thinking of going FOWLR. I looking for advice on some other fish I can add and in what order. I'm done with Butterfly fish. I've tried a Copperband and a Saddleback (not at the same time). Both died because I could not get them to eat. I'd like to have a lot of fish rather than only a few. Some of the fish I like are:

Naso Tang
Hippo Tang
Blue Jaw Trigger
Harlequin Tusk
Chromis
Barrlett Anthia's
Royal Gramma

I know I can't have all these fish, but would like to get some ideas.

I sure like the looks of the Harlequin Tusk but no nothing about them. What is their temperament, diet, tank capacity?
