Advice on camera for Underwater Macro videos?

Well I'm in the market for a "dedicated" video camera, as I do a lot of youtube stuff, and I kinda wanted to do something different.
A big problem with shooting through aquarium glass, is you can't always get the angles you really "want", as refraction in the glass distorts the image. So I thought it would be nice if I could get myself a waterproof camcorder or action camera and actually go into my tanks to shoot fish and corals.

Now ive been looking around, but have yet to find a camera that produces satisfactory results.
What I'm looking for needs to meet the following criteria:

- Fairly Compact
- Fully submersible/Water Proof
- Full HD
- Super crisp, crystal clear macro image, I want to be able to even see the texture of the corals.
- A flat lens, no wide angle with optical distortions/fisheye.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Or am I asking for too much out of a camera?
