Aggressive Carpenter Wrasse?

I picked up two flasher wrasses and after QT I introduced them both at the same time. At first there didn't seem to be much aggression but for the past few weeks my carpenter wrasse has been swimming up to my other wrasse (idk what kind of wrasse it is but if anyone can help the pic is below) and scaring it under my hob filter (which I use for top flow and run carbon through). It also scares my green/blue chromis into a corner of the tank where it hangs out now but the chromis used to be active in the tank before the wrasses were introduced. Is it my bad luck that I got a devil carpenter wrasse who decided to take over my tank? or is there something I can do? I was thinking about purchasing an accumulation box but if it wont be effective then I wont spend my money on it. Should I give the wrasse away to my LFS for credit? It is about 2 1/5 inches long or even 3 i cant tell but the other wrasse is very close to the same size. I have glass tops and the carpenter wrasse makes the other wrasse jump and it smacks against the top. There doesnt seem to be hurt in any way on its body. Any help is appreciated thanks.

Sounds like you have two male flashers, which is the cause of the aggression. In a 55 gallon that will most likely end with the stronger one killing the other IMO. You can mix a male flasher with a fairy wrasse or some other wrasse but two male flashers will see each other as competition and fight it out. I would return one asap. Hope that helps
