My AI Director seems to have frozen up completely. Every time I plug it in the led is solid red, never changes and the director is not discoverable as a wireless access point. It doesn't matter if I hold the button on top for the recommended intervals to reset it, plug an Ethernet cable in to it or use the wireless dongle. It's just completely frozen on a solid red led.
I've been communicating with AI about this issue. They have been very responsive and certainly are trying hard to solve it, but no luck yet. Has anyone else seen this issue that might be able to share their experience?
