AI Hydra HD 26 Died

Purchased 3 Hydra HD 26's in Nov 2015. This morning one died. Tried it with a different power supply, but no luck. I'm disappointed because it cost so much and only made it 11 months - 1 month out of warranty. Any one else having them die?

AI Hydra's only come with a 10 month warranty?? Is that correct?

I would think it would be at least a year.

Nonetheless, LEDs are supposed to last "50,000 hours" as most LED companies are quick to tout, that is not good that it went out in 10 months.

Contact the company - I bet it is a quick fix.

I'd call them up, betting they'll replace it. I've had nothing but good customer service from them.

I think AI was bought out by echo tech if I am not mistaken. I know that echo tech has great customer service. I would call!

The HDs are crappy imo. I have the gen before the hd and I think that gen is better

I have AI's and In 5 years I have replaced 2 boards, power supply, and 2 fans. I am also currently having issues and fear that I have to replace the boards again. Bought LED's originally so I wouldn't have to replace bulbs. Instead you have to replace expensive proprietary parts.
