Besides butterfly fish, are there any other known fish that wil eat aiptasia? i used to have an Emperor and never had an issue with aiptasia. Could he have been snacking on them? I tried pepermints, berghia nudi's, and chemical injections; nothing has rid my tank of these pests. i am on the verge of just soaking my rock and wiping out everything on it. I started doing this with some of my smaller pieces, and it has worked. However I have almost 200 lbs of rock. Any info would be appreciated.

No reef safe fish is a lock to eat them. Some copperbands do and some don't.

Marginalis Butterflies (Chelmon Marginalis) are reported to eat aips better than copperbands. You might try one if you can find one.

Are you sure that the peppermints are still alive? If so, then they will eat them. You just might need more. I had a gazillion of them in a 90G tank and I had to use 25 peppermints. I also had to kalk the bigger ones since they wouldn't try and tackle them. After about a month, they were all gone. Now, I have a nice sized shrimp cleanup crew. :)

I am thinking about getting another Emperor, however I did start the process of cleaning and soaking the rocks. I am actually in the process of building a PVC skeleton of the aquascape I want. I have the rocks that are now aiptasia free sitting in a rubbermaid stock tank and suprisingly not all of the heavy purple coraline algae died off, although everything else did. Thanks agin for suggestions.
