I would say yes. I would recommend hitting them immediately with a shot of heavy kalk water. then repeating until they are gone. Just in case.

i also heard peppermint shrimp will eat them... should i just get one of those since i could use another shrimp?

They look like common brown palys to me. I wouldn't go zapping them with anything yet.

Another vote for palys. Keep the peppermints out of it too, more problems in a reeftank than they are worth.
