Aiptasia Question

I have a 28 gallon reef that I've had up for years. I have fought Aiptasia off and on in there, currently have multiple. All the corals and live rock in this tank are about to go to a 450 gallon brand new system.....The question should I really really try to eradicate the Aiptasia before transferring this stuff? Or just accept that in a tank this size eventually Aiptasia is going to get in there?

I would like to have a Copperband Butterfly, so right now I'm leaning toward just accepting it.

I would just try to burn off what you can in the move and then add a couple peppermint shrimp once the 450 is ready to go. If they don't succeed, at least you'll be able to fall back on the Copperband Butterfly as kind of a last resort. GL.
