Aiptasia?

Noticed these things growing in my tank? Any ideas what they are? I think they may be aiptasia. Tank has been running about 3 months. I know they may be tough to see but they are in a hard spot to get a good picture.

If not aptasia, then wha might it be? Hydroids.... Are they harmful?
