PLEASE TAKE THIS AS ME VENTING MY FRUSTRATION AS WELL AS POINTING OUT NEEDED FEATURES. I know some things might be in the works and you have 1001 other requests.
I have read a previous thread where someone couldn't reset an alarm, until he was pointed in the direction of the reset errors button under level.
The same thing happened to me today.
I have the most recent firmware and software and my email notification only tells me there is an alarm. What alarm?!?
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change the firmware to display on the main screen ALARM, [TRIGGER OF ALARM], ALARM and let it cycle like that. Also what is the use of email notification that just says 1x and 2x for level? Here is the warning email that I got sent:

That doesn't tell me what the cause of the alarm is, and seeming the software is doing the email, can't you translate things like socket 1's [description] = "Lights" . It would be good if the level was to say 1- LOW or 1- HIGH and you can figure out if that is good or not.
i.e. (text in bold would be ideally produced by the profilux)

I really think that it is important to include these details extracted from the program as you don't want to be made to change the email notification every time you change a device. I have done programming where I have done similar things so I know it is possible, and I know its a lot of work to integrate it, but I see it as a must for effective notification.
Also on another note why does my profilux say i have 2 level sensors connected when i only have 1 connected? After reading the manual, I cant find an accurate description of what each function is, and how the level sensor should be setup for each one. Please consider adding a single piece of paper with setup instructions with all of your accessories. And after my last update I cant seem to pause the pumps for feeding. The pumps are all connected the digital powerboard and set to Current pump 1 and group 1 is set to permanent.
