I purchased a Reef Fanatic top off system from aquacave and was so pleased with it I purchased a second unit. When the second unit arrived it was defective. After a little trouble shooting Albert and I determined it was indeed the unit that was bad. Apparently AJ at Reef Fanatic likes to troubleshoot things personally. So at Albert's request, I called Reef Fanatic and left a voice mail. Four Days later AJ returned my call, obtained my information and called me back several hours later. AJ instructed me to send the unit back to him to determine if it should be repaired or replaced. This seemed unacceptable, so I called Albert at Aquacave. He agreed that it was unacceptable and sent me a new unit that day! A pre-paid return label was included as well. That's how to do business.
