+1 on the turtle grass.

I got mine from some Tampa Bay live rock. Mine is not all that invasive. Although I have mine on an island rock in the sand. It doesnt seem to like growing on the sand.

Mine is very very tough. It comes and goes. Nothing that I have in my tank eats it.

Edit: Maybe you should take some from your main display and put it in your fuge while leaving your fuge lights on for 24/7. Doing so would make the fuge grass out compete the grass that is in the display.

that same algae grows on my prefilters way on the top almost the surface and i found that my black tand and large purple tang love to eat it. i also had a foxface rabittfish that loved it as well maybe you can try them

turtle grass has a broader "leafier" blade... and is normally larger than the photo
