Algae ID

So I do apologize about not having the best pic since this is a tank I'm purchasing off of a friend and he sent me not the best pic of the algae.



The best way I could describe it is that its an algae that has a stem or vine that has more of a Pom Pom resemblance and it resembles Cambomba (fresh water plant)

Posting pic of cambomba so you can see what I'm trying to describe.



Any help identifying this guy would be appreciated as well as an attack strategy other then the typical manual removal and reduction of nitrate and phosphates.

Now of course its more of a fine hair then what the cambomba has but it's got a stem similar to what cambomba would have and is just fluffier

I'm kind of leaning towards Caulerpa-verticillata



What do you guys think?

Is there a bryopsis algae that looks similar as well?
