No, they aren't tube worms, in the video, you can actually see that almost at the bottom of the filter there are a lot, looks like chaeto but transparent/white in color...
Is there light inside the filter? Enough light to drive photosynthesis? Things that are transparent or white usually do not photosynthesize much so I doubt it's algae. Maybe sponge or tunicates or some other invert.

Indirect light, since all my water changes are actually from NSW from the reef where I live, I think it could be some kind of spores. But I can't recognize it.
