algea ID with photos

These aren't the best pics but I've got two types of macro algea and was wondering what they are and if they are good? The one is in my main tank and the other is in the refugium. My bi color angel and lawmower blenny love to eat the one in the main tank.

The one in the refugium looks kind of like Caulerpa peltata to me. I have a few bits of it in my refugium and it has those saucer shaped leaves and grows fairly fast.
