Does anyone know much about this coral? What its eating and
placement in tank are?

I have a Mycedium coral in my tank. I came in bad shape and it is making a come back! Mine is in a low light spot I tried it in a higher light but it didn't like it. It recieves medium flow. My water temperature is around 78*F. I don't feed it.

Hey George,

Like KingDiamond said, low to medium light, meaty foods and not too much flow. Also, mounting the frag to a flat piece of rock will increase the growth rate. They are pretty hardy, the biggest mistake most people make is cooking them under too much light.

It's my job! It wouldn't be if I was really Kim Bendix Peterson (King Diamond). Actually, my other avatar was of the King in concert stabbing "Abigail" with a "silver spike" but the mods asked me to change it.

I originally had mine sitting on the bottom of my propagation tank. Once I mounted I to a rock the tissue really started to regenerate.
