The top picture looks like a sea slug, nudibranch, but I'm a noob and I could be totally off 
Off first glance, the 2nd picture looks almost like a mantis shrimp all cramped up in a little hole. But then again, my screen is filtered right now due to dark room.

I thought the top guy was a nudibranch too. He was only about 2mm. Really incredible though! He was truckin' through a pretty good current with no problem.
The second is a mantis, some people in the mantis shrimp forum are pretty sure he's M. wennerae. He's a good 2 inches! I can hear him popping away in the tank. I hope he hasn't killed too much yet, I am going to dedicate a tank to him. He's really cool!

I found this in my tank the other day.
It turns out it is a cnidarian eating nudibranch.. uh oh.
It looks similar to yours, however is definately different.
I was referred to this site for a proper ID.
