Am I finished cycling?

Four days ago I upgraded to a new Aquapod 24 with 150W HQI. I filled the tank half full with water from my other tank and got the rest of the water from the system at my LFS. I put a couple of live rocks in 2 days ago from my other tank as well. I tested the water last night and I have zero ammonia, zero nitrite, zero nitrate, and a PH of 7.9.
Is my cycling complete already?
Will I even have a cycle since I am using water and rocks from my already established aquarium?

ofcorse you have zro amonia and zero nitrite thers nothing ther to satrt the cycle or produce any waste

I was under the impression that I could cycle my tank with only liverock.

dont add anything in yet other than some hermits or a snails... no fish, corals(of any kind) or shrimp. get a few more lbs of REALY GOOD LR! and wait 3mo.
IMO, ditch the lights and get a "current USA 150 hqi"
do water changes (3-4gal) a week regardles of what you read.
DO NOT ADD ANY CHEMICALS OF ANY SORT to get rid of "this, that or other things".
NO FISH.... PERIOD. till 3mo have passed, no matter what!
ditch the noob bio balls, sponge filter, go to walmart get a bag of "morning glory" polyester pillow/quilters stuffing. MAKE SURE IT HAS NO FIRE RETARDENT AT ALL!!
buy an ro/di unit, dont have to spend a wad.. even ebay is good for now.
buy good salt an have a rubber-maid trash can with ro/di water and salt already mixed
