Does the IceCap Variable Speed Fan (#IC5113) plug directly into an outlet, or does it need to be wired into something else?

I would like to find a fan that I could just plug into an electrical outlet.

I have two of the fans (3" and 4") and they do plug directly into an outlet. You will love these fans..they are so much more quite than my old computer fans that I used.
