Anemone and zoas

My rose Sherman anemone that I got about 1 month ago is still moving around and in the process is stinging my zoas. One small colony hasn't opened up in a week. How long will they stay closed?

my bta is rubbing up on some zoas i have.. the corner of that colony is not opening up anymore.. and it doesnt look like its going to.. can you move your zoas? my zoas and bta are on the same rock..... i can live with the corner of the colony not opening.. they just mean greens.

My frag that was getting stung by the anemone is a gonner.

Need to keep an eye on your anemone and move your zoa colonies out of its way until it gets settled. That's what I'm doing with mine

Anemone pretty much wins against any coral. I had 3 in my tank and even though my clowns absolutely love them, had to take 2 out. More real estate for the corals and less headache that they may move and cause some serious damage.
