So I'm new to the hobby, and we got a long tentacle yesterday. I came home from work today to see what looks like a tear in it's body, I'm assuming at least. Any tips? Much appreciated!
Sorry to say that does not bode well for the anemone. Tears in the foot of an LTA are typically a death sentence. Perhaps antibiotic treatment will help. Was it like that in the store? Was the salesperson rough with the nem during removal?
no the guy at the store was great, and the anemone was fine when I left this morning. I only assume it was trying to reposition and cut itself on the rock? Is that common? and you just suggest maybe trying disinfectant?
